You can make a reservation online via our website. You will need to provide your departure point, destination, number of people and date. Then, just choose your vehicle type and if you would like a retrun trip, the price will be shown for both one way and return. If the destination you would like to travel to is not listed on our website, you can contact us via phone or email and we will provide you a quote for the reservation.
When you make your reservation, you will receive a notification that your reservation is in progress, once we have confirmed the reservation you will receive confirmation stating that your reservation has been received and processed accordingly. This process usually takes approx 2 hours, but can take up to 12 hours. Once you have received your confirmation email, you can rest assure that we have your reservation and everything is OK.
We do not have an additional charge for excessive luggage, our driver will place your luggage in the car so that is secure and safe for your journey.
You can travel with a child or children, however, children under 12 years are not allowed to travel without an adult. Children aged 12-18 must have written permission from their parents. If you require a car seat for your journey, please notify us prior to your transfer
We can transport your pet, as long as the pet has a travel box and you are happy for the pet to ride in the luggage department of the vehicle.

Radulovic Ltd cannot guarantee the exact travel time of the transfer. All data regarding travel times are just an estimate. Clients who continue to travel by other means of transport should leave enough time between the end of the transfer and the departure time of another means of transport.
In case that selected type of vehicle is not available for any reason, Transfer provider company can perform the transfer using another appropriate vehicle.
Private transfer: Private transfers are provided with sedan, minivan and minibus.
Passengers will be met at a Pickup point by a driver holding a name board with passenger’s name on it. The driver will drive the passenger to a desired Drop-off address or to the nearest possible location accessible by car. Transfer prices are per vehicle.
Custom Transfer: For destinations not listed or special vehicle types or multi-stop transfers etc. a customer can order a Custom Transfer.
